GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

Before we put ink to fabric.

The details that make ordering custom apparel feel straightforward.

Do you have a store I can visit?

LQC operates from a private workshop with no public storefront or walk-in service. Contact us by phone or email to discuss your project. Pickup times and collection details are shared privately after arrangements are confirmed.

What can LQC print?

We offer screen printing, heat transfer / cut vinyl and sublimation on supported garments. The method depends on your fabric, artwork and quantity. Standard sublimation uses white PC380 polyester; all-over designs require a separate quote.

What is the minimum order?

The current standard pricing model starts at 12 garments per artwork group and a $150 production minimum. Smaller runs and orders of 500 or more pieces are handled by custom quote.

How long will my order take?

Standard production is 10–14 business days after full payment. Shipping transit is additional. Rush production is not available through automatic checkout.

Can I mix sizes, colors and garment styles?

Yes. Enter each size quantity in its own box. You can add multiple configured garments to your cart. Separate designs are treated as separate artwork groups in the online estimate; LQC can review whether matching artwork can share setup.

What artwork files do you accept?

Upload PNG, JPG or WebP for a live studio preview. Quote and design-help requests also accept PDF and SVG source files. Use high-resolution artwork—generally 300 DPI at the intended print size—or a vector original. Files are limited to 10 MB each.

Do I need to wait for LQC approval?

No. For standard orders, you confirm the design preview, print dimensions, placements, color counts, artwork rights and size quantities yourself. Once the required details and automatic checks pass, you can pay directly. On-screen colors are approximate; your entered dimensions and ink instructions form part of the job specification.

Why does a dark shirt cost more to print?

Some screen-printed designs need a white underbase so the printed colors remain vibrant on a dark or colored garment. An underbase is an additional production screen and is included when selected in your estimate.

Where can I see the tax and delivery charges?

Review the itemized cart and final checkout before paying. They show the order’s current tax-collection setting and applicable delivery charges. Contact LQC if you need an explanation of your quote; an unpaid estimate does not start production.

Do you ship or offer pickup?

Both. Local pickup arrangements are confirmed with your order. The cart estimates USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail using published retail tables and an estimated package size; the packed shipment and final price are verified before payment.

When do I pay?

Create your design, complete the required print and delivery details, and confirm your specifications in the cart. Eligible standard orders proceed directly to Stripe Checkout when payments are connected—no owner approval is needed. Full payment starts the 10–14 business day production window. An unpaid estimate does not start production.

Can you help with a logo or design?

Yes—use the design-help form and share your idea or reference files. Artwork assistance is scoped and approved before work begins. The current model uses $60/hour in quarter-hour increments.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Open My designs on the same browser to find saved work. LQC reviews repeat artwork, current blank costs and any applicable reorder discounts. Do not assume a previous price or color availability will remain unchanged.
