Automatic checkout and payment
Standard orders do not require owner approval. The website checks supplier prices, size quantities and required print specifications before checkout. Full payment is required up front. The exact amount is displayed before payment; an unpaid estimate is not a price lock. Supplier inventory remains subject to availability until LQC purchases the blanks.
Artwork and production
You must have the rights to use the artwork you submit. Review spelling, placement, sizes and colors before checking out. You approve the design and entered print specifications for production. The preview is a placement reference; physical dimensions and ink instructions are recorded separately. Standard production is 10–14 business days after payment; rush orders are unavailable through automatic checkout.
Delivery and pickup
Production dates and shipping transit are separate. Shipping estimates use published USPS retail tables and assumed packaging, not a purchased shipping label or guaranteed arrival date. Pickup details are provided privately after arrangements are confirmed. LQC operates from a private workshop with no public storefront or walk-in service.
Returns, changes and cancellations
Request changes or cancellation before LQC purchases your blanks or begins production. Once either step has started, changes and cancellations are unavailable under our standard policy. Contact LQC promptly so we can check your order’s progress before confirming a change or cancellation.
Report print defects within 14 days of receiving your order and include photos and your order number. LQC will correct confirmed production errors. Contact us before returning items so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. These policies do not limit your rights under applicable law.
Privacy and files
The website stores the contact details, design files and order information you submit to handle your request. A necessary, HttpOnly session cookie links saved work to your browser; your draft and cart also use local browser storage. Uploaded files and order records are not publicly indexed.
Stripe handles card details and payment processing. Resend delivers order and service emails. Our hosting provider stores the information needed to operate this website. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell your personal information.
Site measurement
We measure visits to public pages, active viewing time and interactions such as saving a design, adding it to the cart or submitting a quote request. A random identifier in browser storage resets each day in Eastern time. Reports are private to LQC and retained for 90 days. Analytics does not record your name, email, IP address, artwork, form contents, query strings or private order links. Signed-in owner activity and private account/order pages are excluded. Protected backups may retain older records until those backups expire.
Optional site measurement helps us understand which pages and tools are useful. You can turn it off for this browser. We also honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
We retain artwork for 12 months for reorders. Contact us to request access, corrections or deletion; we may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Order and payment records may be retained separately to fulfill legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. Files in protected backups may remain until those backups expire.
