Built for a coordinated run
Screen printing uses a separate screen for each ink color. It is a practical choice when the same artwork appears across a group of garments. A simple logo on the left chest, a larger back design or a front graphic each creates a different production plan. Choose each placement in the Design Studio and enter the actual print dimensions so your order describes what you want made.
Colors, fabric and setup
The garment color and artwork affect the number of screens needed. Dark or colored shirts may require a white underbase to keep the printed colors visible. Include the underbase when your design needs it; it is part of the production cost. The estimate itemizes garments, printing and applicable setup using the selected color, sizes and quantity.
Prepare your artwork group
Standard online pricing starts at 12 garments per artwork group and a $150 production minimum. Smaller runs, specialty requests and quantities of 500 or more use a custom quote. Separate designs are separate artwork groups in the online estimate. For matching artwork across multiple styles, ask LQC whether setup can be shared.
